To ensure we provide the highest level of care and respect both our provider’s time and the many patients actively trying to secure an appointment, we kindly ask that all clients review our booking policies prior to scheduling.

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to show, will result in a $75 fee.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your visit to avoid disrupting other patients’ appointments. In these cases, the late cancellation fee may apply.
